輪島塗 北浜宗貴 作 こまつなぎの中棗（茶器）のご紹介です。
昔からある柄で「独楽つなぎ」とも「駒つなぎ」とも書かれますが
幾何学文の吉祥文様で、連続したつながった柄です。
すべて同じ柄ではなく、粗めの細かい金箔が中心に付けられたものと
螺鈿（らでん）といって、貝殻をその文様に切り取って、
中央の表面に貼り付けられた柄があります。
金箔のきらめきと螺鈿の輝きが目立って、この中棗の特徴となっています。
内側は、黒一色でシンプルなものとなっています。
特に季節感がないので、いつでもお使い頂ける茶器です。

Wajima Lacquerware – Medium Natsume (Tea Caddy) by Kitahama Sōki, Komatsunagi Design
This is a medium natsume (tea caddy) crafted by Kitahama Sōki in Wajima lacquerware, featuring the komatsunagi design.
The motif, long used in traditional decoration, is also written as koma-tsunagi or goma-tsunagi. It is a continuous geometric pattern regarded as an auspicious design.
The patterns are not all identical: some feature coarser flakes of gold leaf applied at the center, while others are inlaid with raden (mother-of-pearl inlay), where pieces of shell are cut to shape and affixed to the surface at the center of the motif.
The brilliance of the gold leaf and the iridescence of the raden create a striking visual effect, giving this medium natsume its distinctive character.
The interior is finished simply in plain black lacquer.
As the design is not tied to any particular season, this tea caddy can be used year-round.

这种纹样自古以来便有，又写作“独乐つなぎ”或“駒つなぎ”，是一种几何纹的吉祥纹样，呈连续相连的图案。
纹样并非完全相同，有的是在中央贴以稍显粗颗粒感的金箔，有的则是所谓的“螺钿”，即将贝壳裁切成该图案后，贴附于中央表面。
金箔的闪耀与螺钿的光辉相映成趣，正是这件中棗的特色所在。
器物内侧则为纯粹的黑色，简洁素雅。
由于不具备特定的季节感，因此是一件可在任何时节使用的茶器。
