Payment Methods and Timing
Payment Methods: Credit Card (VISA, MASTER, and others), Convenience Store Payment, Bank Transfer are available.
“Convenience Store Payment” refers to a service where customers can pay at any convenience store in Japan after purchasing items from the online store. (*Payment fees are the customer’s responsibility.)
For Bank Transfers, shipments will be made after payment is confirmed. (*The customer is responsible for the bank transfer fees.)
Payment Timing: Payment is confirmed when the order is placed.

- Convenience Store: Payment is due by the 10th of the following month after invoicing. Payment fee: 350 yen (tax included)
- Direct Debit: Payment is automatically withdrawn from the designated account after invoicing. Payment fee: Free
Bank Transfer Payment (Payment must be made within 5 business days of invoicing):
Payment Fee: 360 yen (tax included)
Delivery Timing
We will ship your order within 5 days of receiving the request for delivery.
*Please note that since we also sell products in our physical store, there may be slight delays in stock availability. In such cases, we will inform you by email.
Returns Policy
Kobayashi Shittou accepts returns and exchanges for purchased products.

Before returning or exchanging items, please contact us first. If the product can be exchanged, we will arrange for a replacement. However, if it is a one-of-a-kind item and no exchange is available, the order will be canceled.
For Returns Due to Customer Preference (e.g., size not fitting, item not as expected)
You may return the item within 3 days of receiving it.
Return shipping costs for customer preference returns will be borne by the customer.
Please note that the shipping cost we charged for delivery cannot be refunded.

If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, we will promptly process a return or exchange.
