The inside of the pot features markings for both 1-go (180ml) and 2-go (360ml), so you can measure the water accurately without the need for a separate measuring cup.
The double lid design helps prevent overflow while trapping the flavors inside, and the inner lid’s pressure ensures the rice is cooked to perfection, making it even more delicious.
The characteristics of an earthenware pot include slow heating on direct flame, which allows heat to gradually spread through the ingredients. This slow heating draws out the natural umami and sweetness of the food.
Additionally, the pot not only heats from the bottom but also utilizes the far-infrared effect of the clay, warming the food from all sides. This ensures that the rice is cooked all the way through, resulting in a fluffy texture.
